QUEEN BEES & COLONIES
We are breeders of Italian queen bees. These voluptuous ladies are the Golden Labradors of the bee world. They are large and docile and easy to work. This makes them perfectly suited to new beekeepers, urban sites and anyone who enjoys working with insects that aren’t trying to kill you…
Queen bees are available as queen cells or freshly hatched virgins from the end of September until the beginning of March. Mated queens can be supplied subject to availability.

Beehive colonies are available as nuc colonies, full single or double box hives.
A nuc colony consists of a newly mated, marked queen, 3 frames of brood (open and capped) and 2 frames of honey and pollen.
All colonies are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure functionality, temperament and health.
